These Terms of Service apply when you visit FineCoreAI, contact us about our services, or enter into a project with us. By using the site or our services, you agree to these terms.

If you act on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that company.

FineCoreAI provides business-focused artificial intelligence services. Depending on the agreed scope, this may include discovery, strategy, solution design, development, integration, deployment, support, and AI research or optimization.

The specific deliverables, responsibilities, fees, assumptions, and timelines for a project may be described in a proposal, statement of work, order form, or other written agreement. If a written project agreement applies, it governs that project when it conflicts with these general terms.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely access to the systems and materials needed for the project, and appropriate points of contact for decisions and approvals.

You must ensure that you have the rights and permissions required to provide documents, data, software access, instructions, and other materials to FineCoreAI. You remain responsible for your business decisions and for how you use any resulting system or output.

AI-generated output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular decision. You must review and validate outputs before relying on them, especially for legal, financial, medical, employment, safety, regulatory, or other consequential matters.

FineCoreAI does not replace your professional advisers, internal controls, or required human approval processes.

You retain your rights in the documents, data, instructions, and other materials you provide. You grant FineCoreAI the limited rights needed to access, process, store, transmit, and use that content to deliver the agreed services.

You must not provide content that is unlawful, malicious, infringing, or subject to restrictions that prevent the agreed processing. Do not provide sensitive or regulated data unless the project has the appropriate safeguards and written scope for that data.

You may not use FineCoreAI to violate applicable law, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malware, interfere with systems, attempt unauthorized access, or circumvent security, usage, or access controls.

We may restrict access to content or services when reasonably necessary to protect people, systems, data, or legal rights.

FineCoreAI retains ownership of its pre-existing software, methods, templates, know-how, and general improvements. You retain ownership of your pre-existing content and materials.

Ownership or licensing of project-specific deliverables is determined by the applicable written project agreement. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of third-party software or services.

A project may use third-party hosting, communication, infrastructure, or AI services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies, and their availability is outside FineCoreAI’s control.

You are responsible for authorizing integrations and ensuring that your use of connected third-party systems complies with their terms.

Project fees, payment timing, taxes, expenses, and any cancellation terms are determined by the applicable proposal or written agreement. If a payment provider is used, payment processing may also be subject to that provider’s terms.

Unless the applicable agreement states otherwise, fees already paid are not refundable except where required by applicable law.

Each party should protect non-public information received from the other party and use it only for the relevant business relationship. This obligation does not apply to information that is public, independently developed, already known without a confidentiality duty, or lawfully received from another source.

We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the services we provide. No online service can guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted availability.

Either party may end a project or relationship according to the applicable written agreement. We may suspend or terminate access when required to address a serious breach, security risk, unlawful use, non-payment, or legal obligation.

On termination, each party will follow the applicable agreement regarding outstanding fees, access, return, deletion, or export of materials.

The site and services are provided on an as-available basis unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise. We do not guarantee that an AI system will produce error-free, complete, or commercially suitable results for every use case.

You are responsible for evaluating whether a proposed AI use is appropriate for your organization, users, industry, and legal obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FineCoreAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the site or services.

Any liability limitations, exclusions, or caps applicable to a specific project are governed by the applicable written agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and hold FineCoreAI harmless from third-party claims arising from your content, your misuse of the services, your breach of these terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.

We may update these terms when our services, legal obligations, or operating practices change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms, except where a separate written agreement controls.
