Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the FineCoreAI SaaS platform, creating an account, or interacting with your workspace inside FineCoreAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

FineCoreAI is a PaaS (Platform as a Service) that allows businesses to upload their proprietary data (such as PDFs, CSVs, and chat logs like WhatsApp exports) to index, manage, and use custom AI agents powered by retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) directly inside the platform.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

We offer tiered subscription plans (e.g., Starter at $19/mo, Pro at $49/mo, and Business at $99/mo):

• Token Limits: Each tier has a daily token generation limit (e.g., 10k, 100k, or 1M tokens/day). Exceeding these limits may result in temporary usage throttling until the next billing cycle.
• Model Limits: The number of active custom models is restricted by your subscription tier.
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

4. User Data and Responsibilities

You retain all rights and ownership to the business data you upload. However, you agree to the following conditions:

• You must have the legal right and necessary permissions to upload and process the data.
• You will not upload sensitive, illegal, malicious, or highly regulated personal data without proper compliance frameworks.
• You are responsible for any actions taken through your customized agents and workspace usage.

5. Platform Restrictions

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of FineCoreAI's platform. Scraping, abusing, or attempting to breach the tenant isolation (Supabase RLS) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

FineCoreAI is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operations. In no event shall FineCoreAI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our generated models or platform features.
