Project information. Depending on the service, this may include documents, business data, instructions, AI configurations, generated outputs, and information about the systems you ask us to work with.

We use information to respond to inquiries, understand project requirements, deliver agreed services, process project materials and instructions, provide AI-assisted functionality, maintain security, prevent abuse, and provide support.

We use EmailJS to deliver contact and support messages submitted through forms. We may also use hosting, email, infrastructure, or specialist providers when needed to deliver an agreed service.

These providers process information only as needed for their services and under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control the privacy practices of third-party providers.

You may request deletion of contact or project information by emailing us. Deletion may not immediately remove information that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or backup purposes.
