• Business documents (PDFs, CSVs, contracts, catalogs).
• Chat logs and messaging exports (e.g., WhatsApp exports) intended to ground responses through RAG.
• Account and billing information for your monthly subscription ($19, $49, or $99 tiers).

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is strictly used to provide the underlying service:

• RAG Processing: Files are processed for ingestion, chunking, embedding, and retrieval so your isolated AI agents can answer with your business context.
• Billing & Usage: We track your daily token consumption to ensure usage aligns with your active plan limits (e.g., 10k, 100k, or 1M tokens/day).

3. Data Storage & Security

We use Supabasefor our infrastructure, hosted across secure geographical regions (USA/Europe). We guarantee your data's privacy through:

• Tenant Isolation: Our database uses strict Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure your datasets remain completely isolated from other users.
• Temporary Storage: Raw uploaded files are stored only as long as necessary to process, index, and prepare your customized workspace experience.

4. Your Workspace

The FineCoreAI workspace generated for your tenant is completely proprietary and private to your organization. Your indexed knowledge base and retrieval pipeline are only used within your account experience and are never used to serve other customers.
